Welcome to Throne! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Throne mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Throne Lux ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Throne is a luxury mobile application designed to provide exclusive experiences and premium services to discerning users. The platform offers curated content, exclusive access, and personalized luxury experiences.

3. User Accounts

Registration:

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security:

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a "strong" password (a password that uses a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any part thereof.

5. User-Generated Content

If our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"), you are responsible for the User Content that you post.

Ownership:

You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

License Grant:

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our business, including for promoting the Service.

6. Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Throne Lux and its licensors. The "Throne" name, logo, and the product names associated with the Service are trademarks of Throne Lux or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them.

7. Third-Party Services and Data Storage (Supabase)

Our Service is built using third-party services, tools, and infrastructure to provide you with its core functionality.

Backend Provider:

We use Supabase as our primary backend provider. This means that Supabase provides the database, authentication, APIs, and storage for the Service.

Data Storage:

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your account information and User Content will be stored and processed on servers managed by Supabase.

Third-Party Terms:

Your use of our Service is also subject to the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of our third-party providers, including Supabase. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of Supabase or any other third party.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it carefully. 9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the 'Delete Account' feature in the app's settings or by contacting us at support@thronelux.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers and No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Throne Lux, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Throne Lux and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) your User Content.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
